The connector and cable provide the critical link between a precision high voltage power supply and a reliable system. It is a vital component of a safe, reliable, and arc free system. For as long as Del has been designing and building power supplies, we have been designing, selecting and building reliable connector/cable assemblies.
The following information is provided to help you select and specify connectors, cables and assemblies. Each power supply's product information pages specify the output connectors on the unit and whether or not the mating connectors are included. In general, mating connectors are included with most laboratory type units. Others are included where the connector type may not be easily obtained from ordinary distribution sources or is custom made to Bertan drawings.
In the table below, listed by power supply series and model, are the high voltage output and mating connectors for each unit. Also listed is the cable description and cable code for the cable type(s) normally used with the specified connector.
For your convenience, a wide selection of connectors are available from Del with stock delivery. In addition, we can provide corona free connector/cable assemblies to your specification. A connector/ cable assembly part number can be created according to the following example:
